MedBay (“we”, “our”) takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the MedBay app.

What Data We Collect

MedBay allows you to record the following information, all of which is entered by you voluntarily:

• Medicine names
• Expiry dates
• Medicine photos
• Notes

How Data Is Stored

All your data is stored 100% locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not operate any servers, do not perform cloud synchronization, and the developer cannot access any of your data.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not share your data with any third parties. MedBay contains no third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising frameworks.

System Permissions

MedBay may request the following system permissions, each requiring your explicit consent:

• Camera — To take photos of medicines
• Photo Library — To select medicine images from your albums
• Notifications — To send medicine expiry reminders

You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device's Settings.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally, uninstalling MedBay permanently deletes all data. You can also delete individual medicine records within the app.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
